Training
I had the chance to study geophysics in France at EOST and in the USA at School of Mines. My area of interest has been in borehole seismic data, time lapse of multi-component data, microseismic data, as well as the complementary between seismic and electromagnetic & potential field data toward reservoir characterization, monitoring and surveillance.
Professional experience
Starting at Compagnie Générale de Géophysique (CGG) in France and at the Schlumberger Cambridge Research (SCR) in the UK, I benefited greatly working with inspiring program managers and top researchers. My role as Project Manager started in Japan at Sagamihara, next to Tokyo, which was a great experience of software development with a truly unique multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team.
The next position in Milan, Italy at the WesternGeco Electromagnetic Center was an eye opening on the efficiency, agility and engagement of small teams under great leadership. Being a research program manager back in SCR was an opportunity to define research activities on reservoir surveillance and the importance of gas storage monitoring.
2018 marked a shift towards consulting for Altran first and then as independent working for Cognite, with the will to help technical leaders deliver relevant and sustainable solutions for their business growth in the Energy and Environmental sectors.
Interest
Interested in learning how to manage and deliver better, I have benefitted from information from PMI Project Management Professional, which I continuously go to its resource material to keep learning, maintaining this certification since 2015.
Always interested in self development to improve step by step and to be a better support, I have followed the formation of Master Coach at the Institut de Coaching International de Genève, in 2017.
Children’s education and positive parenting are other passionate interests, which I love learning about and keep updated as my son grows

Time is ticking for all of us! Our own energy is limited! Our planet needs to be preserved! My mission is simple: to help technical teams in delivering solutions to learn, work, progress faster and better. I have been in the Oil & Gas Industry for more than 20 years and I am so grateful for the learning process I have been and am still going through.

Learning could be lonely and time consuming. It could also be fun, interactive, easy when its environment is based on trust, strength and respect. Learning is natural and has this intuitiveness and magic moments where we make progress. Learning together as a team is also particularly fun & fulfilling.
Because time is precious
As our time on this planet is short, I value it particularly and this is a driving force to be efficient and to develop solutions which will make life simpler, lighter to give more space or more time to do other things. Caring about time gives time back!

Using & providing relevant solutions
We choose every single day which solutions and services to use. From this choice, we shape our experience and expectation of the next solutions to use. When providing solutions, it is key to think how this solution helps the user. Understanding fully users’ needs is crucial, leading us to become the first users of the solutions we are developing. Alternatively, the solution may be a nice exercise or project, but may not become a long term nor a relevant solution. Do we really have the time to develop solutions which are not relevant nor meaningful?
Interdependent Challenges in the Energy and Environment
Since 2020, we all experience one painful side effect of this fully connected world with the Covid 2019 pandemic. How many other interdependent challenges do we know? How many are yet to be discovered? Being energy cravers and polluters, we have the responsibility to adapt our way of living and use of the energy, being fossil or/and renewable while reducing our ecological impact. These immediate challenges to resolve require synergies to cooperate, learn and bring solutions faster and better both locally and globally.
